Hybrid exterior sealant

High-quality, neutral, elastic, single-component joint sealant for exterior sealing in window and door installation and for sealing connection joints in building construction.

High-quality, neutral, elastic, single-component joint sealant based on MS

polymer for connection and expansion joints in the construction industry.

• Sealing of joints in prefabricated building sections, seals between windows and door frames etc.

• Sealing of expansion joints in façade systems with aluminium composite panels (see panel manufacturer’s instructions)

• Applications in which the sealant is painted over with water-based paints and varnishes

Product properties:

• Tested in accordance with ISO 11600 F-25LM

• Very low emissions, EC1 PLUS-certified

• Good adhesion to the most common substrates, including when slightly moist

• Very easy to process, can be dispensed (even in low temperatures) and smoothed down in all weather conditions

• Permanently elastic after curing

• Practically odourless

• No bubble formation in the sealant in the event of high temperatures or humidity

• Can be applied to many substrates without primer (except in situations with possible water pressure)

• No discoloring effect on natural stone

• Can be painted over with water-based coating systems

• High weather and UV resistance

• Free of isocyanates, solvents, halogens and acids
